Shipping Costs & Methods

Standard Shipping — flat rate US$5.00 worldwide, with delivery typically within 7–14 business days for international orders (3–5 business days for domestic orders).
Express Shipping — available at checkout for faster, tracked delivery.

The exact shipping cost for your order is always calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time

All bracelets are handcrafted and carefully inspected. Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged with protective materials in our premium gift packaging so your crystals arrive safely.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.

Delivery Delays

International deliveries can occasionally be delayed by customs processing or local postal conditions, which are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us at daipeter162@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will make it right.
