Your happiness with your crystal bracelet matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Returns
You may return any bracelet within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition with all packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at daipeter162@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Pack the bracelet securely in its original packaging and send it back following our instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at daipeter162@gmail.com with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, as you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
